Partner with solar, industrial and satellite manufacturing customers and Sales Managers to process
sales orders and solve customer needs.
We are hiring a full-time motivated, resourceful Customer Service Rep in N. Phoenix, AZ (on site to start then hybrid 2 or 3 days per week in the office). In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales and account management teams and
customers, while having the opportunity to wear multiple hats.
Responsibilities:
• Execute customer inquiries: Order processing, quotes, expediting / returns
• Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Provide support to the inventory management team: Communicate any shipping delays or inventory
constraints
• Provide support to the finance team: Collect new forms to open and maintain customers’ accounts
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Qualifications:
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
• 3+ years in an inside sales / customer service position with increasing responsibility
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; detail-oriented and confident
• Experience with ERP systems and data management (SAP)
• Expertise in MS Office, including intermediate or expert level in Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication and cross functionality skills
