WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Drive New Business: Pursue and secure opportunities with Fortune 1000 companies, positioning the company as their go-to sustainability partner.
- Hunt & Close Deals: Identify, engage, and win new national accounts through strategic prospecting and relationship-building.
- Leverage Relationships: Utilize your industry connections to open doors, accelerate sales cycles, and expand the company’s market presence.
- Solve Client Challenges: Take a consultative approach, tailoring the company’s solutions to meet customer needs and deliver measurable value.
- Lead with Strategy: Develop and execute a winning sales plan that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and drives long-term partnerships.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven Experience: 5-7 years in national account sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in an industrial and environmental/sustainability services setting.
- Hunter Mentality: A relentless drive to find, pursue, and win new business.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive long-term growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and data analytics tools.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and close deals.
