A proven sales hunter with experience selling hazardous waste or wastewater treatment solutions to large national accounts and large waste generators.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive New Business: Pursue and secure opportunities with Fortune 1000 companies, positioning the company as their go-to sustainability partner.
  • Hunt & Close Deals: Identify, engage, and win new national accounts through strategic prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Leverage Relationships: Utilize your industry connections to open doors, accelerate sales cycles, and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Solve Client Challenges: Take a consultative approach, tailoring the company’s solutions to meet customer needs and deliver measurable value.
  • Lead with Strategy: Develop and execute a winning sales plan that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and drives long-term partnerships.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven Experience: 5-7 years in national account sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in an industrial and environmental/sustainability services setting.
  • Hunter Mentality: A relentless drive to find, pursue, and win new business.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive long-term growth.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and data analytics tools.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and close deals.
