Sr. Technical Environmental Services Executive provides expert-level technical guidance and support to sales teams and customers throughout the sales cycle.

Base Salary Range: $96k-$143k, Total Compensation Range: $159k-$239k

PROFILE SUMMARY: The Senior Environmetal Services, Technical Solutions Executive serves as a subject matter expert providing technical knowledge, strategic guidance, and consultative support to sales teams and customers throughout the sales process. The incumbent specializes in selling complex technical waste and environmental solutions products, services, and logistics. The Senior Environmental Services, Technical Solutions Executive collaborates closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop solutions that meet customer specifications, and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to customers. The incumbent acts as the key technical interface between the customer and internal engineering, operations, and program management teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, feasibility, and delivery. The Senior Environmental Services, Technical Solutions Executive may coordinate cross-functional sales and technical teams, carry an overlay quota, and contribute to revenue growth by influencing technical buying decisions.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide expert-level technical guidance and consultative support to sales teams and customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist the sales teams by developing tailored technical waste and environmental management solutions based on customer specifications and operational needs.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven messaging to deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals to customers.
  • Assists in developing strategic recommendations by working with the sales team and business partners to analyze and understand all necessary data including sales data, market trends, competitive landscape and current pricing.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams including engineering, manufacturing, and program management to ensure cohesive solution delivery and customer satisfaction. Facilitate alignment on solution requirements, delivery timelines, and implementation feasibility.
  • Mentor sales staff on technical aspects of products and services to enhance overall team capability.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with leadership directives and area priorities, ensuring cohesive execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Expert Technical expertise with an extensive understanding of environmental solutions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality, error free work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to translate and simplify complex environmental products and solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled in working cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and sales teams.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7 – 10 years of technical waste and environmental services industry experience.
